Wine
Patina Chardonnay is grown on the rich volcanic slopes of Mount Canobolas, located near Orange in New South Wales's central highlands.
The fruit is handpicked and 'cleaned', removing any leaves or debris from the grapes. Fermentation occurs in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of maturation on lees. The wine is then racked to tank in preparation for bottling.
Pale straw, Patina Chardonnay has ripe fruit flavours, creamy lees and nutty oak. Cellaring potential is seven years.
